1. Open Verification

Log in to your account, tap your profile, and press "Verify".

Make sure you are logged into your account before starting verification

2. Select Country and Document

Choose your issuing country and select the type of identity document you will use for verification.

• Make sure the selected country is correct

• This cannot be changed later

• Choose the document you have available for upload

3. Upload Document Photos

Upload clear photos of your identity document. Depending on the document type, you may need to upload one or both sides.

• Upload a clear, full-color photo

• Make sure the entire document is visible

• Avoid glare, reflections, or blur

• Use good lighting

• If you selected a passport, upload only the main page

• If you selected an ID card, upload both front and back sides

4. Enter Personal Information

Enter your personal information exactly as it appears on your identity document.

Make sure that:

• Your first and last name match your document

• Your date of birth is correct

• All required fields are filled in

• You will be asked whether you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)

• Select the appropriate option based on your status

5. Selfie Verification

Take a selfie to verify your identity. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the liveness check.

Make sure that:

• Your face is fully visible in the frame

• You are in a well-lit environment

• There are no other people in the frame

• You may be asked to move your head in a circle

• Follow the instructions shown on the screen carefully

6. Enter Address (Final Step)

Enter your residential address as it appears on your official documents.

Make sure that:

• Your address is accurate and complete

• The information matches your documents

• All required fields are filled in

• Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay verification

Before submitting your application, you will need to confirm the following:

• You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

• You consent to the processing and storage of your personal data

• You agree to the use of your biometric data (selfie)

• You confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete

What happens next

After completing all steps, your documents will be uploaded and your verification request will be processed.

• Your documents will be securely uploaded

• The system will begin verification checks

• This may take some time depending on the review process

If your verification is not approved:

• Review your submitted information and documents

• Make sure all details are accurate and match your documents

• Ensure your photos are clear and meet all requirements

• Restart the verification process and try again
