3. Reset password
There are two ways to reset your password depending on your situation.
1. Reset password (if you forgot it)
1. Go to the PointPay website: https://exchange.pointpay.io
2. Click "Log in"
3. Click "Forgot password"
4. Enter your email address
5. Click "Send reset link"
6. Check your inbox (or Spam folder)
7. Open the email and click the reset link
8. Enter a new password
9. Confirm the new password
You can now log in with your new password.
2. Change password (from account settings)
1. Go to your account settings: https://exchange.pointpay.io/user/account/change-password
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter a new password
4. Confirm the new password
5. Enter the verification code (Email or 2FA if enabled)
Your password has been successfully updated.
