4. Delete account

To delete your account, you must be logged in.

Important: Deleting your account is irreversible. Make sure you withdraw all funds before proceeding.

1. Go to https://exchange.pointpay.io and log in to your account

2. Click your profile icon (top right corner)

3. Go to "Security"

4. Scroll down and click "Delete Account"

5. Click "Confirm" in the confirmation window

6. Enter the verification code (Email or 2FA)

If 2FA is enabled, you will need to enter both Email and 2FA codes.

After confirmation, you will be logged out and your account will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Important: Account recovery may not be possible after deletion. Contact support if you need assistance.
